You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Xygeni, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site or its content other than as permitted under these Terms; (c) any User Submission you make; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
